C2 – Competitive Computing Appoints Cairn Cross to Board of Advisors
FreshTracks Capital’s co-founder joins advisory team

COLCHESTER, VT – January 03, 2018 – Competitive Computing, also known as C2 (www.competitive.com), a leading digital solutions company headquartered in Vermont, today announced that they have expanded their Board of Advisors to include Cairn Cross, co-founder of FreshTracks Capital.

Cross currently serves as a Managing Director at FreshTracks Capital, and on the boards of FreshTracks portfolio companies including Vermont Teddy Bear, NativeEnergy, Faraday, Budnitz Bicycles and Mamava. He is a lecturer at the UVM Grossman School of Business where he teaches Financing Sustainable Innovation for the Sustainable Innovation MBA program. Prior to founding FreshTracks, he was a strategic and financial advisor to Vermont banks and growth businesses and the Assistant General Manager of Green Mountain Capital, L.P.

Cross is the founder of Road Pitch, a five-day motorcycle trip around Vermont where a pack of motorcycle riders with investing, entrepreneurial/business and business advisory experience ride together and stop in small towns to give pitch sessions for entrepreneurs to pitch their business ideas. In 2011, Cross received the coveted US SBA National Financial Services Champion Award.
