To embark on this digital transformation journey, ENA realized that the shopping cart included in their Association Management System software had limitations that would not allow them to fulfill part of their vision statement. As ENA sought to execute its five-year strategic plan, it became apparent that their monolithic Association Management System (AMS) was not a viable Commerce solution in the long-term. ENA had committed to implementing best-of-breed technologies to support the user experience of its members and customers. As they sought to improve user experience and eCommerce offerings, they knew a robust solution was needed to replace their current shopping cart.

The Solution

C2 implemented the Ucommerce platform to serve as the commerce engine, and seamlessly integrated the solution into the website at ena.org.  ENA now has a powerful, flexible, and scalable digital commerce solution and improved user experience.
