We’re excited to announce that Pam Mackenzie, C2 Vice President of Strategic Planning & Implementation, has joined The University of Vermont Health Network – Home Health & Hospice (UVMHN-HHH) board of directors. Pam joins two other professionals from our community who have also been selected to serve, Scott Comeau and Jan Demers. All three bring diverse professional and volunteer experience.

“We’re thrilled to welcome these dedicated public service professionals and the expertise they bring to the Home Health & Hospice team,” said Adrianne Johnson Ross, Home Health & Hospice’s president and chief operating officer.

The UVMHN-HHH is a 117-year-old organization dedicated to delivering health care to patients wherever they call home in Chittenden or Grand Isle counties. Especially during this global pandemic, providing care in the familiar, comfortable, convenient home environment not only meets patients’ and families’ preferences but is also cost-effective and ensures the greatest safety. Their visiting nurses, physical, occupational and speech-language therapists, licensed nursing assistants, and personal care attendants bring high-tech professional clinical care directly to patients’ homes. Compassionate end-of-life care is provided at Colchester’s McClure Miller Respite House, Vermont’s only Medicare-certified inpatient hospice facility. Home Health & Hospice is a member of The University of Vermont Health Network, an integrated system established to deliver high-quality academic medicine to every community it serves.

Pam has served as interim chief executive officer at the Greater Burlington YMCA; SVP, Employee & Partner Engagement at Inntopia; chair of the South Burlington City Council; and on the boards of Vermont PBS and the Vermont Telecommunications Authority.
