C2 loves welcoming new tech talent to our crew. That is why we are pleased to announce that Jim Gandini has joined the C2 team as a Senior Systems Engineer.

Jim brings more than 28 years of professional experience to his role at C2. He previously worked in the clinical informatics division at Sharecare Inc. in Burlington, Vermont, a position he held since 1994. Sharecare helps people improve their health and wellness by providing a platform with personalized information, programs and resources.

Jim managed all aspects of the technological direction of this cutting-edge medical software development company. He produced clinical decision support tools in addition to providing technical consultation for clients and partners. He also managed the technical aspects of the company infrastructure along with numerous projects for clients, including hospitals, the Department of Defense, the Veterans Administration and other public and private companies.

Here at C2, we are excited about Jim’s proven leadership ability, as well as his expert skills in IT infrastructure architecture and the technical aspects of network management, including workstation setup, monitoring, maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting. Jim is also an experienced mentor and advisor, so he can help C2 identify talented individuals and create effective teams to help our great clients overcome the challenges they face.

An innovative thinker with expertise in both the technology and business realms, Jim can find unique solutions to every business and tech-related problem. According to Jim, one of his best qualities is that he is “a visionary leader with the technical and business savvy to bridge the gap between technical solutions and non-technical stakeholder requirements.” These qualities are sure to serve him well at C2.

Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Saint Michael’s College in Winooski, Vermont, and he has gained a security clearance from the Department of Defense.
