C2 Welcomes New Account Executive Nick Hinge

by |

With the holidays upon us and as we reflect on 2017, we have a tremendous amount to be grateful for. Our team has grown a lot this year, allowing us to develop meaningful solutions for our clients that have helped their businesses be more competitive. To that end, we’d like to take a moment to introduce our newest Enterprise Systems Group (ESG) Account Executive, Nick Hinge—and to share a bit about his background and how he found his way to our company.

A Passion for Sales and Client Service

Vermont’s tech community is, unsurprisingly, small and tightly knit. Nick told us that he’s “always respected the professionalism and capabilities of C2” and that he was very excited to join the team when the opportunity arose. In joining the sales group, he’s really looking forward to bringing to the region a broad stack of top-tier technology. Per Nick, “C2 chooses products that add a ton of value to our clients, and we have a super strong team of engineers who make sure our clients get the most out of these investments.” Nick believes that, as a sales professional, there is no better feeling than knowing that you are representing the best.

Nick’s Strengths

Nick has demonstrated the ability to build lasting relationships with his clients and to help them identify solutions that allow them to achieve specific objectives. We are all in the midst of a digital transformation in how we conduct business. Nick is in tune with this shift, and he realizes the importance of leading C2’s clients to the most powerful, relevant, and economical technologies.

15+ Years of Experience

Nick is an industry veteran. After graduating Middlebury College and studying Russian culture and language at Moscow State University and Middlebury Language School, Nick deployed his skills in the far eastern Russian peninsula of Kamchatka. His activities there ranged from Strategic Website Developer to Commercial Salmon Fishing Consultant. He then returned to Vermont and worked as an Account Executive for Lightship Telecom and Caleidoscope Communications, after which he spent over a decade with NPI Technology Management, rising to the level of Director of Client Technology.

Outside the Office

Nick loves the great outdoors. He spends a lot of time skiing, biking, canoeing and enjoying the beauty of this region. He has two little ones at home, so his focus has changed quite a bit in the past couple of years. Nick reflects that it’s “awesome seeing the world through their eyes and helping them explore their surroundings. Soon enough, we’ll all be out there together!”

We’re excited to have Nick on board as well. Happy Holidays to all our readers.
