C2’s Updates & Patches service is an affordable solution that offloads the task of regular update and patch management of your software and firmware so that you and your staff can concentrate on the business of running your IT department, not tedious tasks associated with maintaining it. This service includes review of updates and patches on a monthly, quarterly, and/or as-needed basis depending on the technologies involved. This service includes:
- Microsoft critical updates
- Off-hours access to our certified support team via pager.
- Server firmware and management software updates
- Other software and firmware updates
Updates released by technology vendors are reviewed as required, to decide if and when the updates should be installed on your systems.
