Technical Team Leader

Position Summary
C2 is seeking a Technical Team Leader to lead the design, architecture and development of large-scale custom application development projects, and present and defend architecture and technical choices to project stakeholders. Along with the requisite technical skills, the Technical Team Leader will have excellent communication skills and ease in working with senior management, project stakeholders, and team members both internally and with clients. The ideal candidate will have previous project leadership experience in a consultative, custom development environment. Strong technical and problem-solving skills are a must, along with an in-depth knowledge of standard eCommerce offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee technical team, as well as design and development processes
  • Ensure all communication needs are identified and addressed in communication plan
  • Drive technical standards
  • Mentor developers and serve as an advocate to the technical team
  • Keep current with technology trends and industry developments
  • Participate in the pre-sales and solution development phases of the business development lifecycle
  • Facilitate working sessions with cross-functional teams and bridge the business/technology gap

Knowledge, Skills & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Advanced degree and technical certifications a plus
  • Five to seven years of demonstrated experience with ASP.NET (C#) development, with a strong background in web-based development, object-oriented concepts, relational database design and SQL Server development
  • Strong, demonstrated hands-on application architecture and design skills
  • Professional services experience
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating sessions with a cross-functional audience
  • Experience with enterprise integration
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of multi-channel distribution business models
  • B2C eCommerce experience
  • Structured delivery methodology experience
