Senior Project Manager

Position Summary
C2 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide oversight to Web Solutions projects, manage client relationships, assemble project teams and articulate technical solutions to clients. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to manage and deliver development projects, as well as strong business analysis and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the completion of projects, ensuring the appropriate resources participate, review or approve deliverables, and appropriate sign-off is received
• Manage client relationship and client satisfaction
• Ensure quality of the solution and project deliverables
• Create project plan and track progress
• Identify, document, assign and track issues through resolution
• Lead and mentor team members and provide feedback to functional managers
• Assist in assembling the project team and align team members
• Work closely with client sponsors to ensure expectations are managed
• Participate in design and code reviews
• Articulate technical solutions to clients

Knowledge, Skills & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Proven ability to manage and deliver development projects
• Technical architecture and development background
• Experience with MS technologies and understanding of SDLC
• Strong business analysis and problem solving skills
• Strong contextual technical understanding including solutions design and development
• Strong leadership project management skills, including:
  • Project planning
  • Issue and scope management
  • Resource motivation and management
• Strong relationship management skills
• Professional services experience is desirable
