Position Summary C2 is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to define business requirements through workflow analysis specific to eCommerce solutions. The selected candidate will work directly with clients and other project stakeholders to gather and specify requirements through written use cases, articulate them to an engineering team, and verify with the client for approval. The ability to effectively gather requirements, write detailed functional use cases, and work collaboratively with both the client and C2 technical and design team members are critical success factors.
Responsibilities
Work with clients to define business requirements by facilitating discussions with various levels of the client organization
Translate functional requirements into use cases for B2B and B2C eCommerce solutions
Work with clients to prioritize functional requirements
Work with user experience designers and engineering team members to articulate and complete functional specifications
Champion the requirements communication across all project stakeholders both internally and with clients
Knowledge, Skills & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Three to five years of business analysis experience with eCommerce solutions required, including writing use cases and workflow diagrams, translating functional requirements into business rules and page specifications, and articulating to a cross-functional design and development team
Strong understanding of the SDLC
Professional services and B2C eCommerce experience
Demonstrated experience facilitating sessions with a cross-functional audience
Additional Requirements for all C2 Employees
Strong communication skills and ability to present to small/medium groups
