eBUSINESS PROGRAM MANAGER / ANALYST
As a key member of the eBusiness delivery team, the eBusiness Program Manager/Analyst’s primary role will be to define and deliver excellent commerce and collaboration solutions to our industry’s leading clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with our clients to identify requirements and provide best practices consulting and guidance in eCommerce and collaboration platform solutions. This effort includes detailed requirements gathering, analysis of business requirements and process flows, and organization and management of project delivery and deployment. Reviewing and managing changes, using a formally defined scope change process, are also critical skills.
The successful applicant will demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills, easily builds and maintains strong professional relationships, and is skilled in consensus building and facilitation. Managing our clients' expectations and internal team performance throughout the project lifecycle is a core responsibility. The successful candidate also will need to build strong partnerships across those groups while acting as a key liaison between the technical and business members of both internal and client teams.
Required qualifications:
- Very strong business analysis, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Must be proactive and able to work independently with a minimum amount of supervision, working within a team and with senior-level business executives
- Experience in large scale systems is an advantage
- Experience using MS Project and MS Office Suite applications desired
